Return/Exchange Policy If your Pine Needle merchandise does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, exclusive of delivery charges and any discounts applied, within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item(s) you wish to return or exchange must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging. Please call 706-278-0090 to receive further return or exchange instructions. - Once received and inspected, a credit will be issued for all returned merchandise meeting the 30-day guarantee provisions. The credit will be issued to the card upon which the order was originally placed. Please allow two (2) billing cycles for credit to appear on your credit statement. Exchanges will be processed immediately subject to availability. You will be notified if the item(s) requested is not available at the time of exchange.
